Why Do Pressure Washing?
Aside from being the foundation step in our exterior paint process, pressure washing (AKA power washing) home exterior areas is an efficient and effective way of removing built-up dirt and debris that can cause paint to wear and wood and masonry to break down. ONiT is an Indiana pressure washing company that refreshes exterior surfaces such as fences, playground equipment, decks, driveways and siding.
Steps for Pressure Wash and Painting House
Power washing
We power wash your home to remove surface dirt and mildew.
Surface Prep
We hand scrape loose and peeling paint. Bare Areas will be spot primed to ensure adhesion of our finish coats.
Paint Application
We will apply 1 – 2 finish coats based on the goals of your project. With color changes we recommend 2 finish coats to achieve a uniform finish.
Clean Up
We will clean up daily and upon completion–leaving your home and property as we found it. Except for the beautiful paint job.
Final Inspection
Our crew leader or Project Manager will complete a final inspection to ensure that the scope of work has been completed and our quality standards have been met.
