Chris Elliott is the visionary leader and president of ONiT Painting, a leading residential and commercial painting contractor based in Indianapolis, IN. With a passion for leadership and team development, Chris has helped position ONiT Painting into one of the nation’s fastest-growing and most dynamic painting contractors. Under his guidance, ONiT has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service.

Chris’s career began with a distinguished service in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Ranger in the elite 1/75 Ranger Battalion. As a combat veteran, Chris developed the resilience, strategic thinking, and leadership skills that now drive his approach to business. After his military service, Chris excelled in management roles across the fitness industry, honing his expertise in sales, operations and team building before launching ONiT Painting.

In addition to leading ONiT Painting, Chris is an active figure in the broader painting and contracting community. He serves as a director for the Painting Contractors Association (PCA) and is dedicated to fostering leadership and growth in the industry. He also serves on the board of directors for the Better Business Bureau of Central Indiana, where he contributes to advancing business ethics and integrity in the local community.

Chris lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Emilie, and their two sons, Brayden and Camden. Outside of work, he enjoys an active lifestyle that includes fitness, boating, hunting, playing pickleball.

Emilie Elliott is the Director of Finance and Administration at ONiT Painting, where she has been a key figure since the company’s founding in 2015. With a background in history from Indiana University, she has transitioned her skills into the world of business, overseeing financial strategy, marketing, and administrative functions for ONiT Painting.

In addition to her role at ONiT Painting, Emilie is the co-owner of Ascend Peer Advisory Group, where she helps foster leadership and growth among contractor business owners. Her dedication to fostering strong organizational leadership and community learning underscores her passion for empowering others.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Emilie is an active stepmom to two boys, Brayden and Camden, and enjoys playing competitive pickleball with her family, hunting and trying new restaurants.

As the Senior Residential Sales Estimator at ONiT Painting, I bring several years of experience in estimating, sales, and customer service. I thrive in roles that allow me to solve problems, deliver valuable solutions to customers, and create a positive experience throughout the process.

I’m passionate about continuous learning and growth, building relationships, and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Leading the residential sales/estimating department allows me to support my team, ensuring they have the resources and tools to succeed. Being part of a high-performing, dedicated team motivates me to continuously grow and contribute.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active outdoors, playing pickleball, and spending time with family, friends, and my amazing wife, Jenn.
