Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of the Residential Painter is to provide professional painting to our customers and be able to effectively produce what the scope of work requires while following the Painting Contractors Association (PCA) guidelines.

Principle Responsibilities

• Completes set-up duties at the job site
• Prepares surfaces for painting
• Paints surfaces by first priming repaired areas and then applying premium quality paint to a uniform finish
• Cleans up daily and after job is complete
• Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies
• Follows all safety policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-2 years of painting experience, preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate on a team and to customers
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Must pass applicable background check

Offering:

• Competitive pay: $15 – $20 hourly (based on experience)
• Training and one-on-one mentoring
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
