Emilie Elliott is the Director of Finance and Administration at ONiT Painting, where she has been a key figure since the company’s founding in 2015. With a background in history from Indiana University, she has transitioned her skills into the world of business, overseeing financial strategy, marketing, and administrative functions for ONiT Painting.

In addition to her role at ONiT Painting, Emilie is the co-owner of Ascend Peer Advisory Group, where she helps foster leadership and growth among contractor business owners. Her dedication to fostering strong organizational leadership and community learning underscores her passion for empowering others.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Emilie is an active stepmom to two boys, Brayden and Camden, and enjoys playing competitive pickleball with her family, hunting and trying new restaurants.
