Chris Elliott

Chris Elliott is the visionary leader and president of ONiT Painting, a leading residential and commercial painting contractor based in Indianapolis, IN. With a passion for leadership and team development, Chris has helped position ONiT Painting into one of the nation’s fastest-growing and most dynamic painting contractors. Under his guidance, ONiT has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service.

Chris’s career began with a distinguished service in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Ranger in the elite 1/75 Ranger Battalion. As a combat veteran, Chris developed the resilience, strategic thinking, and leadership skills that now drive his approach to business. After his military service, Chris excelled in management roles across the fitness industry, honing his expertise in sales, operations and team building before launching ONiT Painting.

In addition to leading ONiT Painting, Chris is an active figure in the broader painting and contracting community. He serves as a director for the Painting Contractors Association (PCA) and is dedicated to fostering leadership and growth in the industry. He also serves on the board of directors for the Better Business Bureau of Central Indiana, where he contributes to advancing business ethics and integrity in the local community.

Chris lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Emilie, and their two sons, Brayden and Camden. Outside of work, he enjoys an active lifestyle that includes fitness, boating, hunting, playing pickleball.
