Scope of Work: Exterior
Scope of Work: We painted the full home, cleaned the brick, and fully restored much of the exterior by replacing a lot of the siding and trim.
The Why: The house had not been painted in several years. Siding boards were starting to rot and needed to be replaced.
Unique Challenge: Due to the length of time the house had not been repainted the siding was exposed to the elements causing several boards to rot. Once we started on carpentry repairs we realized that several more boards needed to be replaced. Also finding several areas affected by carpenter bees that needed to be addressed.
Customer Priority: Customers priority was to prevent any further damage to the home.

Colors Used: SW9183 Dark Clove
Timeline: This was one of the longer projects we completed considering the extent of carpentry work needed, this was completed over a span of about 3 weeks.
Customer Experience: This customer expressed his appreciation for the ability to restore the exterior of his home by addressing all of the wood rot and getting it repainted to protect the home for several years. He was very grateful that we were able to complete the project in a way that made it easy and hands-free for him in the process.
