Scope of Work: Full repaint on the entire exterior of the home. We also completed carpentry repairs as well.
The Why: Customer felt the colors of their house were plain and fading. They wanted a full repaint with brighter, more vibrant colors. They had seen a picture in a magazine of the colors selected and wanted to match the scheme as much as possible. We followed their desired look to achieve the change that they wanted.
Unique Challenge: Overtime, trim boards had weathered and rotted and needed replacement. Also the window caulking had cracked over time and needed full replacement.
Customer Priority: One of the client’s primary concerns was the re-sealing of all window trim. The exterior windows showed visible cracking along the existing caulk lines. Our crew addressed this by removing the old caulking and applying a new, continuous bead to properly seal all gaps around the window trim.
Products Used: Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint Exterior Satin
Colors Used: Trim: Classical Yellow SW-2865. Siding: Sage SW-2860. Front door: Caribbean corral SW-2854.
Timeline: April 15th-18th.
Customer Experience: The customer was very happy with the process. He was there throughout the project and was appreciated the communication throughout.
