How we helped our customer sell their home quickly with exterior painting!
ONiT Painting had the privilege of helping our customer Sara & Stephen Cottrell of Indianapolis, IN sell their home by completing exterior painting on time and within their budget. They were wanting to put their home on the market to be sold quickly and needed to freshen up the paint on the exterior of their Indianapolis home with exterior painting. They had a lot of interest in their home, with a potential buyer ready to move in as soon as possible. This was great for Sarah and Stephen, but they had to think quickly in order to get their house painting completed under a time crunch. Another adversity that faced was the weather. Cold temperatures and rain threatened to put a hold on their house painting altogether. Luckily Emilie, the ONiT Painting office coordinator was able to schedule them a free no obligation exterior painting estimate for the same day.
