Project Spotlight
A previous customer of ONiT Painting, named Robert, had reached out to discuss completing interior painting and exterior painting on a new house that his family was moving into in Carmel, IN. Along with wanting a free quote for the house painting, he also wanted a free estimate on wood repairs for the exterior. This was not a problem for us since we can complete wood repairs to siding, soffit, trim, fascia, trim, eaves while also replacing rotten wood and fixing any hole left by insects or woodpeckers.
Our estimator met with Robert and his wife to provide them a quote within a few days of him calling our office. The customer was ready to get the work scheduled very soon after the house closing so that his family could move furniture in. This was not a problem for us at all! We were able to get him a proposal with 24 hours of the estimate, including a cost on wood repairs as well. Robert was impressed with ONiT’s timeliness and ability to fit his schedule so that him and his family could move in to their new house seamlessly. We were also able to apply a discount to his final price for doing both interior and exterior painting!
The Project
The house closing was finalized on a Monday, and our painters were able to start painting the following morning. Robert and his wife were able to go into their local Sherwin-Williams paint store and take a look at colors. They were able to decide on neutral colors that best fit their new home. After emailing the color choices to the ONiT project manager, we were finally ready to begin painting!
The Project Manager completed a walk through with the customer to verify the scope of work and color placement on the morning of the job start. Our experienced painters were able to get right to work on painting the interior walls, closets, and stairways.
Later on in the painting project, the customer wanted to add on a few extra items, which was no problem at all. Our painters then also painted all the interior trim, stair railing, stair spindles and wainscoting. Our painters used quality Sherwin-Williams interior paint such as Cashmere Premium for the walls and Pro-Classic for the trim. The Cashmere Premium paint was a perfect choice for this customer due to the silky finish and outstanding coverage, while also being extremely easy to clean.
Once the paint was applied, the painters removed the protective coverings from the floor and made sure the home was clean and ready for the customer to move their furniture inside. At this point the customers were thrilled with the new color and how quickly we were able to complete the painting project.
After Robert completed a final walk through of the painting project with the project manager, they were ready to move their new furniture into the home. Robert and his wife were happy that for the second time, ONiT was able to exceed their expectations, :
