Scope of Work: Full exterior repaint that included carpentry repairs. In addition to the house power wash, we also cleaned the front concrete and driveway.
The Why: The house was due for a repaint, but the homeowner was also beginning to have bats getting into their house through some gaps in the eaves. We were not only able to repair and seal these areas back up, but also bring to life their reimagined, modernized view for the home exterior.
Customer Priority: To give a fresh and modern look to their home. We did so by painting the brick and siding an off white with a dark gray trim accent.
Products Used: Sherwin-Williams Emerald Exterior Paint. Sherwin-Williams Loxon Masonry Primer was used to prepare the brick for the paint. Sherwin-Wililams Extreme Bond Primer was applied to the maintenance-free windows, ensuring proper adhesion.
Colors Used: SW7048 URBANE BRONZE, SW7636 ORIGAMI WHITE
Customer Experience: The customer was ecstatic about the whole experience and outcome of the paint job!
Timeline: The project completed in a little over a week, due to some rain delays.
