Scope of Work: Exterior
Scope of Work: We painted the full exterior, siding, trim, brick, and the outdoor pool house/bar.
The Why: The house was due for a repaint, and the homeowner wanted a full makeover on the exterior of their home.
Unique Challenge: One unique challenge that arose was after painting all trim on the rear side of the home, the customer changed their mind on the color scheme. This called for a change order to fully repaint the trim on that side and we were quick to make this adjustment and meet the customer’s request.
Products Used: Loxon Masonry/Concrete Primer, Super Paint – Satin.
Colors Used: SW7636 Origami White, SW9173 Shiitake, SW7633 Taupe Tone
Timeline: The project was completed within the timeline we had estimated for, which was about a 2-week duration.
Notes: This was one of the larger exteriors that we completed within the year and a great example of how a full repaint can transform a home! We submitted this project for an award with the PCA and won the award for the Best Residential Exterior Painting Project of the year, making us a national award winning contractor!
