Scope of Work: We repainted the full exterior of the home including siding, trim, shutters, and doors. During the project, there was a change order added for some fascia board repairs and removing an awning.
Unique Challenge: Minor carpentry repairs to the fascia of the home were needed in several areas.
Customer Priority: The main priority for this client was to create a fresh new look and update the faded blue siding.
Products Used: Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior Acrylic, PrimeRx Peel Bonding Primer, SherMax (Caulk)
Colors Used: SW7069 IRON ORE- SW7015 REPOSE GRAY
