Residential Sales Representative

Primary Purpose

The purpose of the Residential Sales Representative position is to complete in-home estimates with customers where you will use a consultative approach to uncover the details of their project and identify the best solutions for their needs.

Principle Responsibilities

Execute sales and estimating processes from company provided leads.

Build key relationships with like businesses and realtors.

Complete painting estimates for residential and small to medium sized commercial projects.

Build proposals and make compelling presentations to customers.

Meet productivity standards.

Manage a sales pipeline.

Effectively follow up on all estimates, inquiries, complaints and other communication.

Keep appointments with customers.

Attend team meetings and training sessions.

Minimum Qualifications

1-2 years of sales experience.

Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of Military experience.

Ability to use basic business technology and customer relationship management software.

Possess excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize and work independently, must be a self-starter.

Must pass applicable background check.

Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
