Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of the Residential Project Manager is to assist with the management of our paint projects. This individual will effectively enforce our project standards in accordance with Painting Contractors Association (PCA) guidelines.
Principle Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Production Manager with the management of paint jobs.
- Effectively enforce project standards in accordance with PCA guidelines.
- Maintain safe procedures and practices on job sites.
- Manage project timelines, including completing touch-ups as needed.
- Assist with customer and crew communication.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of painting experience
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Valid driver’s license
- Effective Communication: oral, written, listening
- Proficient computer skills
- Bilingual preferred, not required
