Scope of Work: Exterior Deck Staining
Scope of Work: We stained the decking,rRailing, steps, stringers and posts. This also included our standard deck preparation of power washing and scraping/sanding as needed to remove any loose stain.
The Why: The previous deck stain was worn and fading, needing new stain to protect and refresh the appearance.
Unique Challenge: This was a very large, multi-level deck, requiring considerable preparation. Following the power wash, this required that we scraped all loose and peeling paint to ensure all loose coatings were removed before re-coating.
Products Used: Sherwin Williams SuperDeck Solid Stain
